Michael Napolitano assised the owners of this project with site
due diligence, search and selection, preliminary and final design,
office and interior design, parcel map filing and approvals, planning
commission and council approvals, tenant qualifying and sales, public
agency review and permitting, contract bidding, construction, and
occupancy permits. Michael was also the architect of record for
the eight building business park.
